  How can I check the speed of my internet connection?
www.fast.com is an ideal tool for measuring speed . We will test the speed of both download and upload.
  What to do when your router freezes?
To fix frozen router please disconnect the device from electricity for at least 20min by removing a plug from the socket. After this time, plug the power supply back in. Wait about a minute for the device to reconnect. Under no circumstances press the RESET button on the router because it will cause the loss of all router settings and, consequently, the loss of the internet connection.
  How to use My payments / e-book - our billing service
Go to “My Isnet” tab and select “My Bills”
  I missed the payment and my service has been blocked. How long will it take to unblock the service after the payment is made?
It takes 24h after the payment is booked on our account.
  How can I get the invoice?
If you haven’t got your invoice via your email provided on the contract, please log to e-book using your credential from the contract.
  I often have to disconnect my router from the electricity – can we fix that?

  Where can I find if you can connect me to your broadband?

  How to change WiFi channel?
To change the WiFi channel, Go to wireless network settings on the router and select one of the available WiFi channels 2.4 or 5GHz frequency.
